In association with 'Friends of Derrychrin', we would like to thank everyone who supported the All Ireland Football Final 'Guess the Score' Fundraiser. Fantastic generosity as always, with £1546, the total amount raised.
There were no entries that predicted the correct score of Tyrone 2:14 and Mayo 0:15 but Martin Quinn was closest with the prediction of Tyrone 2:13 and Mayo 0:15. Well done to Martin who won the prize of £20.
Oisin, received the winning prize from Mr. O'Neill on behalf of his daddy. P7 pupils Ellie and Isla deserve a special mention for their fundraising efforts as they raised a total of £250 between them and Mr O'Neill also presented both girls with an O'Neill's gift voucher in recognition of their fantastic contribution.
Mr O'Neill our P7 teacher was a very happy and proud Tyrone fan this week after his county's All Ireland victory!
