Children's Mental Health Week takes place next week Monday 3rd - Friday 7th February. 

As a Take 5 school we take many Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing to help highlight the 5 simple themes to help us all look after our mental wellbeing.

Taking these 5 themes, please see our attached poster for a daily focus spread across the school week.

Respect is one of our school values and a special respect for yourself which is always very important as you take care of yourself.
