Our Primary 5 pupils led a beautiful Christingle Assembly for the whole school this week. They shared the meaning behind the Christingle – a special symbol of hope and light during the Advent season.
The children explained each part of the Christingle:
• The orange representing the world
• The red ribbon symbolizing God’s love
• The sweets and fruits reminding us of God’s gifts
• The candle shining as the light of Jesus
Through songs, readings, and prayers, P5 reminded us of the importance of kindness, love, and sharing light with others.
A big thank you to our P5 pupils for their preparation. A wonderful way to celebrate this special time of year.
