Today P4 pupils of both Derrychrin PS and Ballylifford PS received the Holy Sacrament of Reconciliation, as they made their First Confession in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballinderry. The mass was lead with a beautiful service by Fr. Donnelly and Readings and Prayers were read by pupils in both P4 classes. The mass was followed by the First Confession of each child who received the Sacrament of Reconciliation and Penance. Today was a very special occasion for these children as they continue to prepare for their Holy Communion. Thank you to Ballylifford Teachers and staff as well as Miss McGuigan, Katharine and Michelle who prepared the P4’s with songs, prayers and displays.
