Good luck to Ronan Conlon (FitMinds Coach) who is nominated for Families First Northern Ireland Mighty Man Of The Year (For Inspiring Young Children) which takes place tonight in The Titanic Belfast. Families First is an empowering community which works to promote and celebrate successful women & men across the country.
Ronan provides a fantastic After School Club every Wednesday called Fit Futures. He will also deliver an exciting FitMinds Zumba on Tuesday 19th December as a Christmas treat for the children.
