IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Christmas Carol Service -Change of Venue

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Due to unforeseen circumstances and with the poor weather conditions we are currently experiencing, it is with much regret that we have decided to change the venue for our Christmas Carol Service.

The Christmas Carol Service will now take place in Derrychrin school hall on the same date Thursday 15th December as originally planned.

There will be an option of two shows to attend with a Matinee Show at 10:00am and an evening show at 6:30pm

Following the Education Authority health and safety advice and insurance guidelines, we will unfortunately have to limit numbers to 2 tickets per family for the evening show in order to accommodate all families. It is important that this request of 2 family members for the evening show is strictly adhered to due to hall capacity. Additional tickets already purchased can be used for the Matinee Show.

Pre-purchase of tickets is essential, and we would ask parents/guardians to send ticket requests into school office with enclosed money (£5 per adult) indicating number of tickets and which show they will be attending. If you have already purchased tickets, we would ask you to contact the school office to indicate which show you will be attending.

We have not taken this decision lightly and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this will cause our pupils and families. Derrychrin PS remains committed to ensuring the health and safety of our school community. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Yours sincerely

Mr Ciaran McElroy

Principal
