Today an excited P2 class made a trip to Homebase in Cookstown as part of their WAU topic of Let’s Get Growing. The children got the opportunity to look at all the various plants growing and they pickedout their favourite ones. The children planted some sunflower seeds and found out how they are going to care for and look after their sunflower plants. Many thanks to Andrew in Homebase for looking after us today - we really enjoyed it.
