P.5. Coffee Morning and Bake Sale

Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our Primary 5 children are very excited to be organising a Bake Sale and Coffee Morning, on Thursday 3rd April 2025 from 9.30-11.30am. This is in conjunction with their financial capabilities, and event management task.
The money raised from the bake sale will go towards Lough Neagh Search and Rescue Ardboe, a local charity with volunteers connected to our school community,
We need your help to make this event a success.
BAKE SALE CONTRIBUTIONS
- We kindly ask for donations of homemade (or shop bought!) goods including, buns, breads, cakes, tray bakes etc.
- Please can all donations be brought into school on Wednesday 2nd April and delivered to the P.5 Classroom.
- All goods are to be NUT FREE
- Gluten free goods very much appreciated.
- Please ensure any trays or boxes you require returned are clearly labelled with your child’s name and class and P.5 children will return these.
YOU ARE INVITED
- All parents, grandparents and members of our community are invited to call in and visit our coffee morning and our school.
- We will be taking voluntary donations at the door and cakes buns etc will be sold by our P.5 children.
- Our P.6 children will be organising a raffle on the morning also.
- After our coffee morning our children from all classes will have the opportunity to buy buns.
