Today, the Primary 7 pupils practised giving CPR to an unconscious non-breathing casualty as part of the Heartstart programme. As they work through the Heartstart programme, the pupils learn how to deal with scenarios such as: dealing with a conscious casualty, unconscious casualty, choking, serious bleeding, a heart attack, cardiac arrest and stroke.
