P7 Leavers 'Class of 2023'

28th Jun 2023

P7 Leavers 'Class of 2023'

As we bid farewell to the P7 boys and girls and the Class of 2023, we would like it to be a time for joy and celebration as we reflect on their primary school journey. They can also look towards the journey they are about to embark upon as they move onto their new schools. These schools can count themselves very lucky to be getting such talented, caring, kind and wonderful children.

A big thank you to all the teaching staff and non-teaching staff for their care and dedication throughout the children's time at Derrychrin PS. A special mention of gratitude must go to P7 class teacher Mr O’Neill for the positive impact he has played in their final year and also to Keelin in her teaching assistant role.

We have added the 'Reconnection' video the P7 children produced with Eamon McGarrity for everyone to look back on of their memories of the children's time at Derrychrin PS.

On behalf of all the staff, pupils, Board of Governors and whole school community at Derrychrin PS, we thank all the boys and girls for being fantastic ambassadors and great role models. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye but we wish them every success, joy and happiness as they begin a new chapter in their lives.

Always remember you will welcome back to Derrychrin any time.

We will miss you all very much. Take care and stay safe!

Many thanks
