Congratulations to the Primary 7 pupils who participated in the annual St. Pius X College Basketball Tournament. Both the boys’ and girls’ teams reached the ‘Gold Final’ of their competition; the girls won their final, the boys were runners-up. Well done to Ronan who won the individual sharpshooter competition, scoring an incredible 15 baskets in one minute. Thank you to Mr Young, Mr Muldoon and the St. Pius students who organised today’s tournament, the P7s thoroughly enjoyed the day and we met quite a few past pupils.
